Avelar is building a vertically-integrated conventional power utility in Europe with 500 MW gas-fired power generation capacity, 1bcm gas storage, 100 MW interconnecting lines, 200k small customers, and delivery of 15 TWh electricity as well as 1.0bcm gas to end customers.

Renewable Energy - Avelar Renewable Energy

Avelar is building a renewable energy company and plans to realize 300 MW to 500 MW solar parks predominantly in Italy. For the realization of its strategy, Avelar has formed several strategic alliances with solar panel manufacturers and installers. In the Middle East, Avelar is developing solar-thermal projects. In Italy, Avelar is also realizing some 300 MW of wind power. Avelar recently acquired a strategic stake in Italy’s leading solar company Kerself and signed an agreement in which Kerself will construct no less than 105 MWp of PV plants for Avelar within three years.
