Renova Group is the owner of IES-Holding which is one of Russia’s largest private companies managing assets in the power industry and controls 12.5% of TNK BP, a leading vertically integrated oil company with a diversified upstream and downstream portfolio in Russia and Ukraine. Also Renova owns a 39% stake in OC Oerlikon, the the leading supplier of thin-film silicon Photovoltaic solutions.
IES Holding
IES-Holding (Integrated Energy Systems) is Russia's largest private operator in power engineering and gas distribution established in 2002. The company's main lines of activities include generation, energy trading and retail. Its strategic assets comprise TGC-5, TGC-6, TGC-7, TGC-9, a number of regional energy-selling companies as well as GAZEKS, a company operating in gas distribution and supplies in Russia and Ukraine. The installed electric power and heat capacity of the TGC's, in which IES-Holding is a strategic shareholder, totals 15,767 MW and 67,799 Gcal/h respectively.
TNK-BP
TNK-BP is a major Russian oil and gas company with the third largest reserves and production of oil in Russia. TNK-BP produces oil and gas in the Tyumen Region and is a major power consumer in the region. TNK-BP is implementing a large-scale program to increase the rate of utilization of associated petroleum gas to 95% by 2011. One of the most efficient and commercially attractive solutions in APG utilization is construction of a new power plant.
OC Oerlikon
Oerlikon is a globally leading company in the field of solar, thin film, vacuum propulsion, textile and precision technology. Based on these core competencies, Oerlikon develops production systems, components, and services for high-technology products. The company's commercial activities center on turn-key solutions for the manufacturing of thin film silicon solar modules (Oerlikon Solar) protective coatings for precision tools and components production systems for data storage devices and wafer (Oerlikon Coating), systems for producing vacuums and conveying process gases (Oerlikon Vacuum), textile production (Oerlikon Textile) and propulsion technology (Oerlikon Drive Systems) as well as optical components, aerospace and semiconductor technology (Oerlikon Components).
